This is the first I’ve been made aware of the delivery delay, and I’ll be monitoring the tracking closely over the next few days. While courier losses are uncommon and our loss rates remain in line with the industry standard of around 0.5–1%, I understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for an order. If the tracking does not update or the parcel is not delivered shortly, I’ll arrange for the product to be re-issued as needed.
