Estimated Shipping Times

All items are made to order.  There is an order processing time required for each item to be scheduled, printed, fabricated, and packaged.  This is typically one week from the time you submit your order, but on occasion can range anywhere between 2-10 days depending on the item.

Once the item is passed to from the manufacturer to the shipping partner, the order is considered fulfilled.  At this point you should receive a fulfilment notice, with tracking number.

Items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, rather than any inventory being held.  This reduces costs overall, but also means costs are incurred as soon as you submit your order.  As such, no refunds can be given for change of mind, or shipping delays, regardless of original estimated times.  Very rarely we have been able to cancel an order before production has commenced.

Products are sourced through multiple manufacturing partners, so that we can provide the best quality items at the lowest overall cost to you (including both the cost of manufacture and shipping).  Current manufacturers are located in: USA, UK, Latvia, China, Vietnam, Australia.
As such fulfilment and shipping times will vary per item, and purchases of multiple items, may ship separately, depending on whether they are manufactured at different sites.  If only part of your order has arrived, items are likely shipping separately, and the remainder will not be far behind.  You should have also received separate tracking numbers in this case.

Shipping Partners are restricted to those available for each manufacturer.  In some cases there is only one option.  Where the manufacturer provides options, we select the most cost effective, where it does not severely impact delivery.  Typically, these have an advisory estimate of 3-8 or 5-10 days for delivery (once fulfilled).

Combining the order processing time and the delivery time, your order should arrive in 2-3 weeks.  If ordering an item for an event, we advise ordering at least 3 weeks in advance, to avoid disappointment.

Expected Delays

Delivery will always be expected to take longer around times of peak demand.  This includes the lead up to Christmas, and around the Chinese New Year.  Please order in advance during these times.

Unforeseeable Delays

A range of unforeseeable events may cause disruption to supply chains.  These include, but are not limited to: weather events, conflict, access to your delivery address, customs clearance.  An example of this was an additional 10 days in customs clearance cause by the recent US tariffs.  These are out of our control.

Free Shipping

Where possible, product prices are fully inclusive of shipping costs.  However:

  • A flat shipping fee may be applied to small items (such as stickers), as these typically have much lower shipping cost per item when multiple are ordered - so the flat fee applies whether you order 1 or 100.
  • A localised shipping fee may be applied where the shipping cost to particular countries is higher than average.

Important points to consider before submitting your order

  • Total delivery time is estimated at 2-3 weeks.
    We do not guarantee that your order will be received by any particular event.
  • Order in advance, ahead of major holidays as these can add a further 1-2 weeks.
  • We cannot take responsibility for stolen items. 
    Please ensure your delivery is to a secure address.
  • Items may ship separately, and arrive at different times.
  • No refunds are given for change of mind, or shipping delays.
  • No returns are possible, as items are made to order, and no inventory is held.
