I also appreciate your comments regarding delivery. Our usual timeframe is approximately one week for production and one week for shipping. In this case, the shipment confirmation email was sent when the order was received rather than once the order had been made, packaged, and collected by the courier, which is the more typical process. The actual shipment date was 28 August, and I can understand how the earlier notification may have created confusion around the delivery timeframe.
